The parts you need are the Replacement Idler Head and Roll Tube for Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - Black # LC87FR and the Replacement Drive Head and Roll Tube for Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - Black # LC34FR. I was able to cross reference the slide-out motor 522735 to the Replacement Gear and Motor Assembly for RV Slide Out part # LC386735 which is the correct replacement. The third wire on your old motor is for the brake release which is built into the new motor so three wires is not needed, only two.
